BUT FIRST
With so many ideas floating around, it can be hard to just pinpoint one or two, so Splatz is taking this year to collaborate and build community while building creative gusto in order to get as many people feeling fresh, bright and cheery by releasing our childlike creative spirit.
Here at SplatzArt, we started off with an amazing workshop called Vision Board and Meditation Workshop.
What is a Vision Board?
I am glad you asked.
A vision board is something you can create any time of the year to bring into vision that which you ultimately desire. We started off this year with the vision board because it is a new year and therefore we are wanting to bring a fresh start to 2025.
The vision board is a visual tool that helps you clarify and focus on your goals, dreams, aspirations and desires. It is typically a collection of images, words, and symbols that represent the life you want to create or the objectives you want to achieve. By placing these elements on a physical or digital board you create a visual reminder of your intentions, which can inspire and motivate you to take action toward achieving them . Vision boards often tap into the power of visualization and positive thinking, helping you align your mindset and energy with your goals.
Sure, you can imagine or dream anything up, but when you create it in concrete form, suddenly it brings a whole other level to bringing that dream to life. The result of this is like the planting of a seed and watching it grow. Because you brought it to life, you then feel the need to care for it and grow it, because you dreamt it up and created it. This works like a manifestation. The manifestation has been brought to life in more than just your inner vision and brought to life on the vision board.
So when you create a Vision Board, you can include both the inner and the outer world and what you want in your reality. After you create the Vision board, put it somewhere where you will see it every day. This allows the sub conscious to absorb the manifestations, visions, words, pictures, etc. and bring them into your reality.
